The warranty covers our own work: how we carried it out. Manufacturers' warranties on materials and appliances are passed on to you where they apply. If the quote gives no warranty term for (part of) the work, your statutory rights apply — and you keep those in any case: the work must match what was agreed and what you may reasonably expect of it.

Water and drainage points, electrical connections, the substrate, waterproofing and preparation for tiling are checked and carried out.

Finishing & handover
Tiling, sanitary ware, sealant work and the final check are completed neatly.
Possible additional work
Depending on what is already there, additional work may be needed, such as moving water or drainage points, repairing walls, levelling the floor, relocating electrics, improving ventilation or applying extra waterproofing. We discuss this with you beforehand, and it is not carried out without your agreement.

Both are possible. You can supply the tiles, sanitary ware, taps or accessories yourself, or we can advise on suitable materials and components. If you supply the materials yourself, we assess beforehand whether they are practical and technically suitable within the project. Materials must be complete and on site in time for the agreed date the work starts.
Within a bathroom renovation we can include water and drainage points, sanitary ware connections and practical electrical connections — lighting, switches, sockets or connecting up bathroom fittings, for example. Larger or specialist alterations are assessed separately beforehand.
The cost of a bathroom renovation differs from one situation to the next. Dimensions, the choice of tiles, the level of sanitary ware, existing pipework, electrics, strip-out, waterproofing and finishing all affect the price. The price indication on this page gives a first impression; an accurate quote is drawn up once your project has been assessed.
Waterproofing in wet zones is included when it forms part of the agreed bathroom build-up. Exactly how it is carried out depends on what is already there, the materials chosen and how the bathroom is built up.
If damp problems, signs of leaks, mould or loose substrates come to light while the work is going on, we discuss them with you first. Additional work is not carried out without consultation.
