Any warranty we give on your job, with its term and what it covers, is always set out in writing in the quote — so you see it in black and white before you agree. The warranty covers our own work: how we carried it out. Manufacturers' warranties on materials and appliances are passed on to you where they apply. If the quote gives no warranty term for (part of) the work, your statutory rights apply — and you keep those in any case: the work must match what was agreed and what you may reasonably expect of it.

Possible additional work
Depending on the condition of the home, additional work may be needed, such as levelling, altering pipework, extra electrics, repairing old walls, damp treatment, removing building waste or bespoke solutions. We discuss this with you beforehand, and it is not carried out without your agreement.

Ask a questionYes. You have one fixed point of contact for communication and planning. We coordinate the different parts of the work carefully, so that you always know where things stand during the project.
That depends on the size of the home, the condition of what is already there and the work you choose. Complete renovations often take several weeks to a few months. After a site visit we can give you a realistic schedule.
That is possible, provided it is technically and structurally sound. For load-bearing walls or larger structural alterations, an assessment by a structural engineer may be needed. We discuss any permits or owners' association (VvE) consent beforehand, so that it is clear what is required before the work starts.
You can. You are welcome to supply materials yourself, but we are also happy to advise on suitable choices, measurements and technical points to watch. If you supply the materials yourself, we assess beforehand whether they are practical and technically suitable within the project.
For complete renovations a site visit is strongly recommended. It gives us a better view of the condition of the home, access, the existing plumbing and electrics, and the work you want done.
If extra points come to light while the work is going on, we discuss them with you first. Additional work is not carried out without consultation.
