2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you provide to us yourself, for example via the quote form, contact form, WhatsApp, e-mail or by phone.
- Name, phone number and e-mail address
- The content of your message or quote request
- Project information, such as the chosen service, measurements, planning, budget indication and additional notes
- Photos you upload yourself with a request
- Before/after photos of the completed project, taken by our specialist for administration, warranty and (after your consent) our portfolio
- The project address, only when you book a site visit or when it is necessary for carrying out the job
- Quote details, order details and communication about acceptance, rejection or execution
- The language in which you filled in the form, so we can reply to you in that language
- The origin of your request — through which page, search, campaign or advertisement you reached our website (for example campaign parameters or an ad-click ID), so we know through which channel requests come in
We do not ask for more data than is needed to handle your request, prepare a price indication or quote, and carry out the job.
3. What for, and on what legal basis
We use your personal data exclusively for:
- Answering your question
- Preparing and sending a price indication or quote
- Scheduling a site visit or appointment
- Communication during the request and execution
- Carrying out the agreed work
- Invoicing, administration and legal obligations
- Measuring through which channel or campaign requests come in, to improve our marketing and website
- Showing before/after photos of your project on our website (/projecten) to illustrate our work — exclusively after your explicit consent
The legal basis for this is the preparation or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in conducting normal customer contact and administration and in measuring the origin and effectiveness of our marketing channels. For publicly showing project photos in our portfolio we ask for your consent in advance; without that consent we do not publish photos of your project. You can always withdraw previously given consent and request removal of already published photos via info@multiklussenbedrijf.nl. We do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share your data with
We only share your data when this is necessary for our services or when we are legally required to do so. Think of parties for website hosting, e-mail, form processing, calendar/planning, administration or carefully chosen partners needed for the execution of a project.
When you consent to statistics or marketing cookies via the cookie banner, we additionally share limited, pseudonymised usage data (such as page visits, events and ad-click IDs) with Google and Meta to measure the effect of our campaigns. Without that consent this does not happen.
We make agreements with processors about the protection of your data. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
Quote requests that do not lead to a job are kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless there is still ongoing contact. Data of completed jobs is kept as long as needed for administration, warranty, evidence and statutory retention obligations, including the fiscal retention obligation. After that we delete or anonymise data where possible.
6. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work properly, such as preferences for theme or banners. We only place analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) after you have given consent via the cookie banner; you can change that choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. 7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted (where legally possible)
- Object to or request restriction of the processing
- File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unlawful processing. Only people who need the data for their work get access.
