The warranty covers our own work: how we carried it out. Manufacturers' warranties on materials and appliances are passed on to you where they apply. If the quote gives no warranty term for (part of) the work, your statutory rights apply — and you keep those in any case: the work must match what was agreed and what you may reasonably expect of it.

Possible additional work
Depending on the existing installation, further work may be needed: new circuits, changes to the consumer unit, extra earthing, rerouting cables, preparation for an induction hob, outdoor lighting, bathroom zones or extra connection points for appliances. We discuss this with you beforehand, and nothing is carried out without your agreement.

Altering or replacing a consumer unit can be assessed by arrangement. It depends on the existing installation, the extension you want, the load and the circuits needed. If it is necessary, it is listed separately in the quote.
Smart switches, dimmers, lighting or simple smart-home applications can be included by arrangement. What is possible depends on the existing installation, the products chosen and how you want to control them.
For renovation work in private homes, a separate inspection is not always compulsory. We do check that the work we have carried out functions properly. If a full inspection report or a set of measurements is needed, we discuss that separately beforehand.
Yes. In many cases sockets can be fitted or moved. The existing installation, the load on the circuit and the cable route determine what is technically possible.
Yes. We can prepare connection points for kitchen appliances, lighting and sockets. Heavier appliances, such as an induction hob, may need an extra circuit or a change to the consumer unit.
Yes, but damp rooms bring extra points to watch. Positioning depends on the layout, the damp zones, the existing installation and suitable materials.
That depends on the work agreed. Repairing walls or ceilings after electrical work can be included or quoted separately.
