Any warranty we give on your job, with its term and what it covers, is always set out in writing in the quote — so you see it in black and white before you agree. The warranty covers our own work: how we carried it out. Manufacturers' warranties on materials and appliances are passed on to you where they apply. If the quote gives no warranty term for (part of) the work, your statutory rights apply — and you keep those in any case: the work must match what was agreed and what you may reasonably expect of it.

Possible additional work
Depending on the situation, additional work may be needed, such as painting, lacquering, lighting inside bespoke furniture, moving sockets, wall repairs, extra reinforcement, trimming doors, soft-close hardware, a handleless finish or bespoke panels. We discuss this beforehand and do not carry it out without your agreement.
