We look at flatness, stability, moisture, sound reduction, the direction the boards run, cutting and neat joins at doors, door frames and transitions. The right underlay is agreed on and the substrate is prepared where needed.

Laying the floor
The floor is laid with attention to the direction the boards run, cutting, expansion gaps and joins.

Skirting boards & handover
Skirting boards, transition profiles and edges are finished neatly and checked together with you.
Possible additional work
Depending on the existing situation, additional work may be needed, such as removing the old floor, levelling, trimming doors, fitting tall skirting boards, fitting transition profiles, assessing damp problems, fitting acoustic underlay, finishing the floor around pipework or taking waste away. We discuss this beforehand and do not carry it out without your agreement.
